The earthquake's death toll that struck Majene and Mamuju districts in the Indonesian west Sulawesi on Friday rises to 56, the Indonesian news agency said.
The agency news added that rescuers continue to search for survivors among the rubble.
Worth mentioning that the magnitude 6.2 earthquake has left thousands of people homeless ad injured hundreds of others.
