The number of companies created in Morocco reached 15,342 units during the first two months of the year 2022, according to the general management chart of the Moroccan Office of Industrial and Commercial Property (OMPIC).
These companies are divided into legal entities with 10,714 units and individuals (4,628), the same source said.
By sector, trade accounts for 35.81% of total business creation, followed by construction and public works (BTP) and real estate activities (19.07%), various services (16.83%), transport (9.69%), industries (6.68%), hotels and restaurants (6.08%), agriculture and fisheries (2.4%) Information Technology and Communication (2.33%) and financial activities (1.09%), says the scoreboard of the OMPIC.
