The Spanish national court in Madrid has summoned the 'Polisario' front leader, Brahim Ghali, to stand before it for accusations of human rights violations, on Mai 5.
Assahifa Arabic has obtained exclusively the correspondence sent by the prosecutor in Spanish courts, Dona Marta Cendra de Guinea, as the person in charge of the case of the Sahrawi activist opposed to the "Polisario" front, Fadel Breica, calling on the judiciary to investigate how Ghali entered Spain.

Fadel Breica has recently revealed before the United Nations Council for Human Rights in Geneva, Switzerland, his suffering due to kidnapping, forced detention, and torture in the Polisario detention centers on Algerian territories.
According to Assahifa Arabic sources, the Spanish national court judges held a meeting on Saturday where they discussed the correspondence, then they decided to summon the so-called Brahim Ghali to face the accusations in front of the court on Wednesday, 5th Mai, 2021.
It is hard to predict if Ghali will be present before the court, due to his sickness, where he is in San Pedro Hospital in the city of Logroño in the north of Spain for treatment after his health has deteriorated due to his long-suffering from cancer in the digestive system.
Ghali's existence in Spain has caused tension in relations between Spain and Morocco after the French magazine ‘Jeune Afrique’ revealed the Spanish-Algerian plan to transfer Ghali secretly for treatment in Spanish territory under a fake identity.
This move by Spain has been received with anger from Morocco and considered as an act contrary to the spirit of partnership and good neighborliness.
Morocco is still waiting for "a satisfactory and convincing answer" from the Spanish government regarding its decision to allow the so-called Brahim Ghali, prosecuted by the Spanish justice for crimes of genocide and terrorism, to enter its territory, stressed Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans abroad, Nasser Bourita.
