Morocco's official reserve assets amounted to 329.8 billion dirhams on January 7, 2022, up by 6.8% compared to the same period in 2021, Morocco's central bank (Bank Al-Maghrib) has said.
During the week of Jan. 6-12, 2022, Bank Al-Maghrib injected 72.8 billion dirhams.
As for the interbank rate, it has remained at 1.5%, the source added in a release.
In the same period, the Dirham depreciated by 0.36% against the Euro and remained almost stable against the U.S. Dollar
