Morocco has received a new batch of Pfizer anti-coronavirus vaccines, in order to keep the track of national vaccination campaign going.
According to sources from the Ministry of Health, Morocco has recently received 682 thousand doses of Pfizer vaccine from the United States.
Moroccan citizens have now the possibility of choosing between three types of anti-coronavirus vaccines while they go to vaccination centers for vaccinating, the Chinese Sinopharm vaccine, the UK’s AstraZeneca-Oxford manufactured in India, or Pfizer vaccine.
Up to Sunday, September 12, 2021, a total of 19,956,669 people received the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, while the number of fully vaccinated people (1st and 2nd doses) reached 16,451,238.
