France announced on Friday its "commitment to continuing to deepen the exceptional partnership with Morocco in all areas", on the occasion of the appointment by King Mohammed VI of the new government.
"France welcomes the formation of a new government (...) following the elections of September 8, which took place in good conditions despite the difficult health context," said the spokesperson for the Foreign Ministry during her daily press briefing.
The French official expressed to the new head of government Aziz Akhannouch and his cabinet her wishes for success, underlining her country’s commitment to continuing to deepen the exceptional partnership with Morocco in all areas.
