The flow of Foreign Direct Investments (FDI) in Morocco rose by 16.2% by the end of September 2021 compared to the same period the year before, the Exchange Control Office has said.
The FDI flow amounted to 14.19 billion dirhams (DH) in the first nine months of 2021, the source points out in a release.
This performance is the result of a 13.6% increase in revenues that reached 22.36 billion dirhams, greater than that of expenditures (+ 9.3%/8.18 billion dirhams), the Office says.
The net flow of Moroccan Direct Investments Abroad increased by 7.51 billion DH to reach 13.13 billion DH in the same period, the source adds.
