The Administration of Customs and Indirect Taxation (ADII) on Friday published Circular 6328/222 on the entry into force of the Agreement amending the Morocco-Turkey Free Trade Agreement.
"The service is informed that, by letter of April 29, 2022 cited in reference, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Residing Abroad has notified this Administration the entry into force, as of April 28, 2022, the Agreement amending the Morocco-Turkey Free Trade Agreement, signed in Rabat on August 24, 2020, "said the ADII in this circular.
The circular No. 6319/222 of April 29, 2022 is amended accordingly, the same source, adding that any difficulty of application will be reported to the Central Administration under the stamp of this document.
