In its statement, the Moroccan government voiced support for the negotiations expected to take place with facilitation from Pakistan, describing dialogue as a key pathway toward resolving tensions and preventing further instability.

Rabat also expressed hope that the upcoming talks would lead to a lasting peace that strengthens regional stability, while taking into account the higher interests of Arab Gulf countries.

The Ministry further stressed the importance of ensuring freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz, in accordance with international maritime law, underlining the strategic significance of the waterway for global trade and energy supplies.

Morocco reiterated its consistent position in favor of peaceful solutions and diplomatic engagement to address regional and international conflicts.
